We provided Axa Insurance with our UX consultancy services by conducting a site audit to find ways to improve their customers journey with better user experience.
We started our review by identifying Axa’s services, insurance and information, on which to focus on.
Navigation and accessibility to information throughout a site can make or break a customers engagement. To provide a better understanding, we provided Axa with graphics of a typical customers journey and experience.
A further breakdown on a customers journey was provided with touchpoints detailed throughout each stage. From here on, we provided UX suggestions of each stage to create a better experience for customers.
