Since 2018 SEE Design have managed the Walmart Photo USA email program. Our mission? To maximize engagement and revenue from a finite annual budget. We developed a custom CDP and segmentation strategy that ensures spend is always profitable, and engagement strong at the list margins. By tightly integrating order data and customer behaviour, we ensure emails are relevant, welcomed and acted upon. For every dollar spent – including sunk costs and external costs – campaigns consistently return over $5 in return.
Beyond results, we value the role our work gives us in encouraging and helping families and friends to share their appreciation and love for one another through commemorating shared memories.
In honour of Father’s Day, a microsite was put together for Snapfish UK with a goal to collect as many photo uploads of people hugging their fathers as possible. Visitors were encouraged and inspired to share the photo ‘hugs’ through social media. We designed the microsite, the HUGDAD logo, animated a short video and wrote all the copy for the site.
Kinoo is a video chat app and device (or ‘wand’) designed to help grandparents and children stay connected, bridging the distance with engaging built-in games and learning activities. We were responsible for creating the animation that explains the product’s functionality and benefits.
Our expertise in scriptwriting, illustration, animation, and voiceover brought this narrative to life, helping Kinoo effectively communicate how families can connect, play, and learn together.
