This privacy policy sets out how R Holdings Inc. and R Holdings Ltd. (trading as SEE Design) uses and protects any information that you share with us.

SEE Design operates internationally. For the purposes of data protection laws (including the UK GDPR, Canada’s PIPEDA, Quebec’s Law 25 and applicable US privacy laws), SEE Design is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns directly. However, you also have the right to make a complaint at any time to your local data protection supervisory authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC), or the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (CAI).
